🔑 FOB Policy

One FOB issued per registered household member
FOBs are non-transferable and for resident use only
Lost or stolen FOBs must be reported promptly
Replacement FOBs may be subject to a replacement fee
FOB access may be suspended for rule violations

Pool rules and guidelines are outlined in the community Do's & Don'ts. Please review before using pool facilities. All guests must be accompanied by a resident.
